Saraswati Gangadhar refers to himself as Namadharaka in the Book.

The book is written in the form of a conversation between Siddha Muni (who too was a disciple of Shri Narasimha Saraswati) and Namdharak who is listening to Sri Siddha. Namadharaka spent most of his Life at Kadaganchi, a village nearby Ganagapur. He meets Sri Siddha Muni near Ganagapur and when he realizes that Sri Siddha Muni was a Disciple of Sri Guru, he requests him to narrate the complete Holy Life of Sri Narasimha Saraswati. Sri Siddha Muni takes Namadharak to Bhima-Amarja Sangam and then starts narrating and explaining “Shri Guru Charitra” in detail.

Mrityunjaya Homa/ Maha Mrityunjaya Homan

Maha Mruthyunjaya Homam is dedicated to God Shiva to prevent premature deaths. The Mruthyunjaya Homam is executed to get Jaya or the victory over Mritya or death. The object of worship of this homa is God Shiva. One of God Shiva’s synonyms is Mrityu. Mrityu which means the death of death or the destroyer of death.

The first is famous for purifying the blood and the second is used as medicine because, in one place, it is thought that this homam gives the longevity-on the performer. The hymns are devoted to many major diseases. Since these are used as offerings in this home to Mrityu, the god of death, praying for a long life. This homam also relieves Mrityu dosha or premature death. Dedicated to God Shiva to Prevent Premature Deaths Maha Mrityunjaya Homam is executed to obtain Jaya or Victory over Mritya or death.

Shree Sukta Havan (Lakshmi yag)

Sri Sukta Homam restores and retains health, wealth, prosperity and abundance, peace and harmony in life and removes obstacles. Sri Sukta is a sacred chant found in the Rig Veda, seeking the blessings of goddess Sri Devi or Mahalakshmi. Shaunaka’s ‘Brihaddevata’ is believed to contain a whole chapter titled ‘Lakshmi Tantra’ and explains the application of Sri Suktam to attain different desires.

Sri Sukta Homam is performed with the chanting of the verses from the Sri Suktam and offering bilva leaves, fruits, lotuses and samiths as Ahuti into the sacred fire. It removes distress in a family and restore peace. It blesses one with good health, restores & retains the peace, happiness and prosperity in a family.

He is also known as Chakarath Aalwar in Tamil. This homam is very powerful and it protects one from their enemies and destroys evil drishti thereby providing relief from all your problems. Sudarsana Homam is performed by invoking God Sudarshan followed by the chanting of God Sudarshana Mantra and then performing the homam and receives the blessings of God Sudarshan.

Chandi Yagna includes the reading of Durga Saptashati and its Yadnya. This describes God’s grace, wisdom, and power in the way of Yagya. This is more detailed worship. It is of importance in Sharada Navaratri’s Durga Puja / Vijaya Dashmi, and especially in the Vasant Navaratri on the occasion of Maha Navami. By doing this Yaag one can receive the special blessings of Goddess Saraswati, Mahalaxmi & Maha Kaali. It also results in receiving blessings of Kul Devi, reducing negative energy and gaining progress & prosperity.
