Description
Any form of worshipping of God is said to be as very holy and can give us in return to get peace in life and make free from worries. Rudrabhishek is very important to perform in Ganagapur as the importance was described by Narasimha Saraswathy in Gurucharitra Chapter no 34 as Rudradhyaya Mahima.
Rudrabhishek of Eka avarthan/ Ekadasha aavarthan etc will be done in temple premises in the Abhishek Hall. Brahman’s will chant all Vedokta mantra’s required for that Abhishek and will do sankalp to get devotees wishes to get fulfilled and there will be continuous flow of water/milk on Shiva linga till Abhishek completes.
Extension of above Rudrabhishek are Laghu Rudra, Shata Rudra, Maha Rudra, Ati Rudra Abhishek…. Which requires much more time to perform and more Brahmins to complete the no of times chanting of Rudravartan (Chamak and Namak).
